Our staff have years of experience designing precision mechanisms such as high-speed printers and paper handling devices. These electro-mechanical machines consist of precision machined parts custom designed to hold tight tolerances while providing a cost-effective solution.
All projects are designed using 3D CAD software with kinematic capability to simulate how components move as they are driven by servo motors, cams, or other means. This permits the full range of motion of the system to be analyzed to check for interferences. The motion can be recorded as part of an animation to show how the various components move relative to one another.
